Gabriel - Demon Prince of Chaos
It's an idea I'm currently toying with, still fleshing it out.
So far, all I really have is the Dissonance condition which is to bring order and rationality to something. This includes healing since that restores order to what was broken. And also that she retains her pipeline to God for all that glorious Prophecy.
