Hi! The Curse Token "Lose Help on Your next turn" affects only the player who pulls that token during his/her Place Monsters Phase.

The statement "Instead, that player may discard the Curse and continue with claiming any Trophies and drawing any Treasure cards" means that on your next turn, you SKIP the Negotiate phase. You then may remove the Curse from yourself by discarding that token and proceed through the rest of your turn as normal - Get Trophies, Add Treasure to Hand, Move Monsters, and Place Monsters. The Trophies and Treasure referenced refer to any Monsters you slayed that turn without help.
