There is usually an announcement either in the Illuminator, Munchkin news, or Twitter sections of the SJGames site.
Best guess on Lie to Your Own, though, would be when Munchkin: The Guild is widely available. (Actually, I think this was said on Twitter, or even somewhere in this forum.)
