To populate characters, looks like:
1) Click the 'People' icon all the way to the right on the toolbar (or press Alt+G) to Open Group Manager
2) Use "File--> Open" to load the provided sample.igroup file (or your own, once created)
3) Drag characters from the upper pane of the Group Manager window directly to the main window of the Initiative Tool itself.
Now you can fiddle with 'em.
This looks super useful, esp. for larger combats, as long as you've got the time to input the data for everyone/everything. Nice!
