Ok Hide, I hope these are the last tweaks:

Armory (beam weapons) isn't a flavor skill in this game. Not when we are looking at someone about to try and disable a large portion of the laser weaponry soon. You'll need to find something else to spend those points on.

Radiation on the innate attack is correct, but I'm not going to be using the radiation rules unless someone cracks the fusion reactor open or something crazy like that. you can drop that to 0%.

Please edit one of your character posts to be the final sheet, with all of the backstory and the final version of the character, and let me know what it is.
