ST 1768, DX 14, IQ 16, MA 80 (Acceleration is +/-5 MA per turn)
Weapons: just assume that it's out of ammo. AP rounds will at least severely injure 14-hex dragons after half the damage blows through.
Armor: 3000 (doubled effectiveness against shaped charges (and other fire attacks) and ten times effectiveness against explosions)
This is a self-aware variant. Traditional would be much more limited.
