When out to lunch is used on several monsters, with several bonuses (treasure and door cards played on it) In which order should the cards placed in the discard pile, due to the clerics in play being able to resurrect and obtain 3 of the cards discarded?

Should out to lunch be discarded at the bottom since it is a one shot card?
