Nice! I'm glad to hear you're looking into various methods of getting sofcovers to lay flat. I remember the first time I bought an O'Reilly book that used RepKover lay-flat binding, and was blown away. Immediately I thought of the RPG market, and how nice it'd be if lay-flat was the standard there.
