There's actually not a thing about Death dissonance that prevents them from
faking death, they just can't encourage life. So, any on-set healing has to be done by their minions, supernatural or otherwise, or by their "any word but Death" liasons.
In fact, I somehow suspect the world record would have to have been set by enthusiastic misapplication of the Corporeal Song of Form to have Mummies and Zombis assume various forms in order to be "killed" in various gruesome and entertaining ways. After all, healing up undead minions isn't a violation of a restriction to never encourage life.
