I don't feel like searching, but this has come up quite often. I don't feel like searching but I can recall two or three times within recent memory.

I know this is addressed on e23 itself, but maybe there should be a sticky linking to the relevant pages at the top of the e23 forum. In the OP's defense the notice is buried on e23 a bit and might be easily missed. Either that or put in big, conspicuous writing on the e23 front page a link to the notice and maybe spin the notice off to its own page and not (as I recall) bury it in a FAQ page. (Or both.)
