I'm also outside US too.... and trying to fathom this one.

So, as I see it:
I don't back anything in this latest KS?
I instead go to W23, and put in a pre-order for Ogre Miniatures Set 2?
And in doing that, I'm not allowed to pre-order "All the Minis"?
