"In the course of history, there have been many quests of epic importance or cultural significance. The Quest for Fire. For Excalibur. For White Castle.

This may be one of them, but it's not exceptionally likely. It is, however, 100% guaranteed and warrantied to be a straightforward job, by Ankh-Morpork's most prestigious, by which we mean litigious of law firms, with a few exceptions. Someone who shall remain nameless for the moment likes a particular fruit ("The Fruit"). Likes may be an understatement. Imports of said Fruit have dropped to an inconvenient low. Inconvenient is most certainly an understatement, and said associates of someone - hypothetically speaking, The Unseen University - are beyond inconvenienced to the point of employing an entirely different and less prestigious set of someones to go and acquire and solve for this unappreciated shortage of The Fruit.
