Thursday may be GURPS-Day, but today I brew up a special kind of chow – an
unholy combination of GURPS and D&D. I’ve always liked the attack/defend/damage paradigm of GURPS, and a recent post about using damage resistance for D&D armor made me wonder how far I could take adapting the concept of active defenses and damage resistance to D&D5. Turns out you can go pretty far, and I know I didn’t get all the potential out of the idea yet . . .
