I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or taken care of in a previous update, but I just noticed in my version of this issue on the dark deeds table on p.32 there is no key value pair for a roll of 2... I'll check if my copy is out of date, but just throwing this out in case it was never caught.

Edit: double-checked the newest revision and it is missed there too.
