I have 7.7 lbs, and I ordered "How to be a GURPS GM," a couple extra dice sets, and some extra stands in addition to the Box Set, GM Screen, and Companion book.
I expect others may have picked up one of the other books that was added to the kickstarter and backerkit, which I believe included GURPS Zombies and maybe one or two other print books.
