MAT sends an encrypted Morse code radio signal to his handler: "Possible intruder detected at my location. Appears to be a magical genie of Arabian origin. Requesting orders."
To the genie he responds by saying: "I am the property of the United States Military. For matters relating to this piece of equipment, please contact <Name> at <Location>." But he sounds kind of sad when he says it and you see the slightest hint of a frown form on his metal face.
His appearance is like something out of a movie. He consists of a large square for a torso, with a smaller square on top, with tubular metal pipe-like structures for arms and legs. He stands a good nine feet tall.
