User NineDaysDead has been banned for a week for being argumentative in a discussion that was otherwise proceeding peacefully and even entertainingly.

Edit Jul 6: NineDaysDead's ban is now permanent after continuing his behavior on another problem. He's welcome to try to start fights elsewhere on the internet (for reasons that still perplex us), but we aren't going to continue putting up with it here.
