The tiger-striped Ogres from Uncommon Ogres are meant to be Sons of Old Nassau. The White Tigers are specialist infantry, and don't have Ogres of their own.

I'm not sure what you're asking when it comes to the ARF. Page 6 of BatG shows that the most you'll normally see on the map at once are 8 GEVs, 8 LGEVs, 2 Heavy GEVs, and 2 Missile GEVs.
