Dorothy owns a bed and breakfast just off the main road coming in to town from the East, she has been there for years, if not at least 2 decades. Most people know in town know her and she does what she can to get people to stay at her place.

Her secret? She is not Dorothy. She is someone that looks like her, she killed the original Dorothy and took her place. The reason why no one noticed is because she created a scenario where people would except her not looking exactly like herself (fire?). Dorothy real body is buried in the walls of her room.
