Let me point to GURPS Divine Favor.

There is at least a Pyramid article adapting from that into the DF line, the title is Dungeon Saints.

On the other hand, the acts of the biblical God aren't random, even if it's no wonder that the reasons there can be hard to ascertain without certain training at least, not just Theology but Hebrew Kabbalah as well.

However if you follow the random way, you'll achieve a caricature if that is what you seek.

Interesting. It could look like a distorted shadow, a psychic remnant of a former spiritual entity. A sort of Qlippoth.
