Gotta say, if my players tried something like that, I'd be calling for... let's just say "many"... rolls to resist infection. And good luck selling any loot that isn't made of stone or metal, and even then,
thoroughly cleaned. And the regular HT rolls to resist nausea could make stealth tricky too.
