Well, existing Index pages already list Pyramid articles. A better question would be what appropriate category pages we want.
In this case, we could add an Index page for "Adventures" and an Index page for "Dungeon Fantasy publications". What information should the individual entries contain beyond the name and (if a Pyramid publication) issue and page number?
