No hurry, I understand how time-consuming such jobs can be.
In the meantime, here's an example of a 4"x4" 90° turn 3D-printed on four E tiles (2"x2"), with a gun turret to keep everyone in line. This ain't a BLUD track :-) Sorry for the dodgy paintjob, I'm not good at that.
