Pretty sure a lot of the dressing would have to be changed since the d20 STL is kiboshed. And note the OGL is a completely different thing.

Maybe a Munchkin 5th Edition using the current license to indicate compatibility.

But, sure, it could be cool. Especially to play space goblins. Err, Starfinder.
