I actually have gift card, not sure where it came from. Think it might have been in one of the Warehouse 23 boosters.

EDIT: Yeah it was, the 2012 one. Not gonna be easy to find now, at a decent price anyway.

FURTHER EDIT: It's probably in Hidden Treasures too.
