If it was a Buffy game then being born without a soul would lead to growing up without the capacities for empathy or guilt. In another setting it would lead to just being considered part of a minority viewed with a mixture of suspicion and pity. They have no hope of an afterlife and are therefore regarded as doomed and without a reason to commit crimes against the more fortunate. Alternatively they could just grow up with Slave Mentality because you have no independent volition. Or of course the bodies could just be vacant vessels for demons from Hell who pretend normalcy as well as they can until they are ready to strike. One could split the difference and just say that without a normal birth you have no resistance to the supernatural, and thus are simply vulnerable to being cursed, mind-controlled and possessed.
