NPC archmages. Demons and similar beings moving to/from other dimensions. Anything that passes through a tricky portal.
Teleportation is essentially a plot device in the
Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game, and the spells for diverting, blocking, and tracing it are there to give players a sense of agency in the face of this – a lot like how Remove Curse exists mostly to get rid of demonic possession and tricky cursed altars, or how Final Rest exists mostly to give the players the means to tell the GM, "No, we don't want to play
