This character isn't realistic for the real world. It's realistic for an extreme case of learned character points in GURPS. The two are not the same.

If you want an NPC worth a lot of points because that's her thing, fine. If you want an NPC worth a lot of points because they are a realistic exceptional person, I wouldn't try to model how they got there via GURPS learning rules.
