Infused are 75 CP templates, so I would start with that, then I would go with a thematic template. For example:

Wood Infused [75]

Attribute Modifiers: ST+2 [20]; HT+2 [20]

Advantages: Appearance (Attractive) [4]; DR 2 (Tough Skin, -40%) [6]; Plant Empathy [5]; Regeneration (Regular; Environmental, Plants, -40%) [15]; Reputation (+3; Wood Elementals) [5]

Perks: Long Fingers [1]

Disadvantages: Unnatural Features [-1]

Features: Barklike skin.
