The only difference between that and a hyperlinked PDF (or a hyperlinked epub, or a hyperlinked HTML document that doesn't obscure most of its content with javascript tricks to prevent linear reading) is that in all the ones that aren't wiki-like, you can also read linearly in addition to walking links.
Walking links is good for reference, but not good for gaining familiarity with an work like an RPG book the first time through (for which linear reading is much better suited.)
