I don't think that is missing. If you read the Mitigator entry on p. B112, it says, for example, "Mitigator is a drug or other treatment that you must take daily. -60%." There are also weekly and monthly versions. That's not as finely divided as Maintenance, but it also has a schedule of intervals that includes daily, weekly, and monthly.
