Phoenix 1.31 highlights:

Fixed bugs that would make a few types of traits fail to print as children under certain circumstances.
Added, optional, support for folding the traits of all Phoenix sub-type blocks into their appropriate base-type block (i.e. cultural familiarities and languages -> Advantages block, techniques and ritual magic paths -> Skills block).
