While playing MQ a few time we have come across the using the Curse! Gigantification! and due to the wording of "Discard the armor being worn. No new armor may be worn."

Does this mean that headgear and footgear are still able to be worn with the curse, and the curse is just a +8 armor replacement with a movement penalty.
OR:
are headgear and footgear also considered armor being worn even though there is no armor keyword on the card and the curse destroys all three.

Also does this curse apply to clothing and/or shiny things being worn.
