Munchkin Deluxe (which the original poster has) comes with cards that you use to keep track of your sex, with male on one side and female on the other.

The Babes (or the male Munchkin pawns for that matter) do not come with the cards, but you don't really NEED the cards if you've got the male AND female pawns.
