Default Re: Public Announcement

GURPS has been actively in print (meaning new stuff coming out) for over thirty years.

The last thirty have been covered by only two editions two the market leader’s four, which could be uncharitably called six. This is advantage GURPS, because new editions have a lot of rehashed material and often release as a counter to market slump.

GURPS is extremely stable as a RPG property. I’m guessing subscription models is what’s in trouble, here.

I, for one, look forward to the upcoming curated compilation volumes, which are far more my style of product.

I hope Pyramid’s regular writers can find a niche among the remaining and new options.

Godspeed, GURPS!
