The prices don't line up either way.

The scroll of Revival costs $1,250, but you need to provide your own 50 ST and make the DX roll.

The potion of Revival costs $65,000. That is quite a bit more. Also includes an ingredient that some civilized areas would ban (a fresh humanoid brain).

It seems to me the scrolls are overpriced when it is a low IQ spell and underpriced for the high IQ spells (IQ 17+).
