Kilt Etiquette would have to be aligned with Novalis... behaving properly in a kilt is very important in preserving the peace...

Random Facts sounds like Yves or maybe Litheroy. Sounds more useful...

but mmhhh, kilts...

Anyway, back on topic, does God assign Words in the same way Lucy does? I thought that was one of the things the Council was for... minor point, I'll admit, but I was puzzled...
