This is for my witchcraft tradition within Romania. This effect allows the user to pick the magical ability at the time of use, instead of at time of creation. It allows it to be more flexible.

This potent Rom Sorcery Draba [a Rom art of making a charm, foci, potion, or amulet] has various properties, depending on its applications. If the few drops are applied to the tongue, the brew will grant a bonus to Fast Talk and Acting. If applied to the face and eyelids, the target will benefit by having an aura of being more "trusting" [Reaction bonus]. If applied to the fingers, the target will benefit from having more nimble fingers [High Manual Dexterity].Finally, if the sorceress uses at as a coating poison on a nail, finger nail, needle, etc., and scratches another flesh with it, it will act as a potent "venom" on the next person to be inflicted, lasting only the duration. It’s not uncommon for the roma sorceress to have a small bottle of this on her person at all times, disguised as perhaps a perfume bottle. Only one of the uses can be used per dose.

Common Correspondences: snake body, Romanian Language, oil or fat, Orris Root, and Dandelion. These reagents are all required for this ritual. Brewed and then pressed and screened, with the witch only taking the first few drops of the pressing as she incants.
