Lesser Strengthen Body (Payload 1 is a mundane physical perk) would do the same for only (Altered Trait: Payload 1 [1], Duration: 1 day [7]; Mass: 1,000 lbs [2]) 10 energy. Of course, you could also use Greater Strength Body to give her Alternate Form the enhancement of Absorbative Change, No Encumbrance, +5% for 30 energy instead if you want something automatic.
