[Paratoxical]

I think I will remove the completely blank cards (no name, picture, url or icon) from the promo list (zombie blanks and GUAL blanks without icons or urls ). I am not convinced they are “promos” and I only had them listed because the previous list had them. So unless someone has a good argument/reason as to why they should remain, I will remove them.
