Default [Sorcery] Locate Person spell

My party has need of a Sorcery spell that locates a single person. They (and a bunch of their lackeys) ambushed us, but we were able to wound them and force them to flee with a teleportation spell. We've got some spare time in our adventuring schedule, and figure it's a good idea to tie up some lose ends while we can.

Our target could have ended up anywhere on the continent (A land mass about the size of the continental US, perhaps a little bit larger.), but we've got some of their blood left on our weapons that we could try and track them by.

What would be the proper way to go about constructing a spell like this? My first thought is Detect ("Person", Rare, Precise (+100%), Trigger(Blood)) and link an acute senses amount to make sure I could reliably detect someone very far away. Perhaps enhancing it with reduced range penalties from Power Ups 4 would be a good idea to change it to long distance penalties.

This spell would only be good against a single target though. I'd like to have something more flexible that would let me track anyone as long as I have some of their blood. Any suggestions?
