The psychic is 200 points. I suspect that means the rest of the templates are 200 as well.

The third post is a bunch of 25 or 50 point packages.

You buy one main template, worth 200 points. One of them has you buy 125 points in the third post packages. Then you spend 50 points on lenses, for 250 point characters.

At least, That's what I think is intended.
