Amorphous
You have no fixed shape. Your body is a reconfigurable mass of muscle and organs with no rigid structure. You can perform fine manipulation using pseudopods, which are roughly equivalent to a normal pair of arms. This is the most difficult morphology to create, with little practical or aesthetic value. As such it is extremely rare, with many of the existing instances having been made as tests of skill.
Traits: ST +4 [40], HP +10 [20], Basic Move -2 [-10], Injury Tolerance (Unliving) [20], Invertebrate [-20].
Arachnoid
Similar to the Quadruped (below), but with twice as many limbs. This makes you somewhat slow, but your spindly limbs are excellent for fine manipulation. Usually used for fine repair and maintenance where they can remain unseen, or as lab assistants for inventors.
Traits: ST +2 [20], DX +1 [20], HP +3 [6], Basic Speed -1.25 [-25], Clinging [20], Extra Legs (4 legs) [5], Extra Arms 2 [20], High Manual Dexterity 2 [10], Horizontal [-10], Hideous [-16].
Avian
Avian Chimaeras are particularly difficult and expensive to build, restricting them to the wealthiest of nobles. They also have a reputation for being unreliable and prone to rebellion, making them an unpopular model even among those who can afford them.
Traits: DX +1 [20], Basic Speed -0.25 [-5], Flight (Winged -25%) [30], Enhanced Move 0.5 (Air) [10], Feathers [1], Foot Manipulators [-6].
Biped
The most common morphology. Often designed to look like a human or an anthropomorphic animal. Popular as servants for nobles and wealthy businessmen or adoptive children for the infertile.
Traits: ST +1 [10], DX +1 [20], HT +1 [10], Basic Speed +0.5 [10].
Centauroid
The Centauroid morphology combines the speed of the Quadruped with the versatility of the Biped. It is somewhat larger than other morphologies, but this is little deterrent to those wealthy enough to have them made. As such, this is one of the more popular designs.

Quadruped
You walk on all fours. Your front limbs are as good as hands and you can run faster than most bipeds. Quadruped Chimaeras are often employed as couriers or guards.
Traits: ST +2 [20], DX +1 [20], Basic Speed -0.25 [-5], Basic Move +1 [5], Enhanced Move 1 [20], Horizontal [-10].
Vermiform
A serpentine form. It is capable of fine manipulation, accomplished by coiling a portion of its body around an object, but has no limbs. (For a “naga” or “lamia” type body, just add No Legs (Slithers) [0] to the Biped.) As it is both stealthy and intimidating, the vermiform morphology is often used for discreet protection. Due to its somewhat specialized and unnerving nature, it is rather uncommon.
