For some reason many copies of Mean Streets were available in the UK . Not only did it seem to appear in those CW Grab Bags , but was often seen in bargain bins . I purchased six copies at a Virgin Games Store for 50p each from a bargain sale - even better as it 33% off total bill - in 1993/4 . Already had a copy , so distributed them around our groups . I still have at least two copies on my bedside shelves & possibly one more in a storage box .

Other CW items that were seen here in huge numbers , were ADQs 7/1 & 8/3 , Road Atlas Volume 7 Mountains West & various City Blocks packs . In fact Leisure Games in North Finchley , London , STILL had copies of City Blocks 3 & 4 and Vehicle Guide 2 Counters last time I visited around 2009 !
The odd CW product or Auto Adventures books also cropped up at The Orcs Nest in Central London . The long time Deputy Manager - 'Baldrick' - was a big CW fan ... ;-)
