Neat! It also confirms I forgot a piece on the list - "SA-RDO-Straight-Lvl0-v1.0.stl" - a 1" piece of straight for padding. If you were to replace one of those 4" turn by a 3", you'd need a pair of those.

ABS or PLA? Running PLA on my Ultimaker 2, I've never had much warping issue. I'm painting a 4" turn as 4 2"x2" piece at the moment (with an added gun turret to keep everyone in line!), and it works just fine IMHO. OpenLOCK works really well that way.
