This is a tough call my friend and I just encountered. Situation is that a player was using cheat with both hands and had two items attached to it. CWBH says that it is only lost if BOTH items are lost, and no NEW items can be played once both items have been played. One can sell an item that is being cheated. So selling one item (say, worth 1000 gold) would entitle the player to keep the cheat with both hands card. If the player then used bungee cord to retrieve the card he just sold, could he reattach it to CWBH as it is not a new card, but rather the same old card that was on it before.
