Right now the most scandalous thing in Brazil is the crown prince Dom Pedro, destined to become the V. Or perhaps destiny has other plans. Pedro seems to thrive on scandal. The brazen affair with an actress was within expectations. The burning of money previously earmarked "For Charity" was not. The prince is talented though, and seems to know exactly how far he can push things.
