And ISTR the final resolution of that thread was that one of the advantages of taking a Wait, and risking not getting to attack at all, was that in some circumstances you did get to attack twice during a single one of your opponents turns, but under no circumstances could the events be looked at as you attacking twice during one of your own turns. IOW each or your attacks happens during a separate one of your own turns, even if they happen to be resolved during a single one of your opponents turns, causing your opponent penalties.
