It looks like both the Combine and Paneuros were supposed to receive LADs in the Ogre Designer's Edition; unfortunately, they didn't make the final cut.

That's an old pre-production image. A lot of things changed in the final product (shapes, units, etc). Don't lose hope on seeing the LADs down the road. Worst case, you can at least roll your own.
