The DR 9 dragon is supposed to be a challenge for
armies according to the description, so three of them probably ought to be too much for most parties.
Although chinks in DR 9 is DR 4, are chinks a thing in DFRPG? I should check. Armor-peircing arrowheads drops that to 2, and Penetrating weapon down to 1.
